All sales are final due to hygiene regulations. We cannot accept returns on hair products once purchased.

Exchanges only for incorrect items reported within 48 hours. Hair must be unused, unopened & unaltered.

Order processing takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation is received.

Delivery takes 7-14 business days via secure courier. Delivery fees apply based on location.

Damage from dyeing, bleaching, or excessive heat is not covered under any warranty or exchange policy.
